Flywheel to cure snatchy throttle.

I have been pondering the snatchy throttle thing every time I ride. I started to think of the things apart from the mapping that could contribute to it. Chain too slack, TB`s out of ballance etc.
Then I thought what could be done to dampen the quickness of not only the on, but also the off. Then I thought a heavier flywheel would do just that.
So, does any one know of another LC8 that uses a heavier flywheel ? I know the SD is just as snatchy, so Im not holding my breath.
Could one be sourced from another bike/brand? Rotax?
I had a Guzzi Quota once. Now I dont want the 990 to spin up that slow, but Im sure this idea could help.
Perhaps the stock one can be weighted ? Never herd of this being done, but who knows !

I believe they all have the same flywheel.
