I'm in.

When you get near SoCal, let me know. I should be back riding by then (thanks, U-turning cager ) and would be pleased to show you the area and invite you to dinner with some of the folks I ride with out here.

Here's my trip across the lower part of the country that may give you some ideas of what to see and ride (http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=787688)

Looking forward to meeting you.

Welcome! I think you're going to have a great adventure here in North America. We can offer support for you if you come through Idaho. I'm looking forward to your reports!

Not sure how long you plan on making this trip but you can't leave out Sturgis in August! That's something you would never forget.

If you make it up this way (South Dakota), drop me a line and we will show you around and buy you lunch.

I'm in the northwest corner of Washington north of Seattle called Bellingham. You'll pass through here if you take the great into Canada. Tools, lunch, dinner, beer, wine, you name it. Let me know. I could offer a spare couch and laundry if needed too. Good luck. Leaving on my own adventure to Alaska in August this year!

Looks like you have plenty of place to stop and get support on trip. If you find yourself in need of a place to camp, tools, repairs, etc while passing thru central IL...lmk...got a cabin there with a workshop and tools near Peoria, IL. Looked like you'll be passing close by.

I think that you have enough lead time that you will have accommodation throughout your travels in north america.
So typical of the inmates here. In my case if your in Toronto On. you have a place to stay. Looking forward to your RR.

dunno how you plan to get out of NYC but be careful of those NJ turnpike potholes! Hopefully they're filled in by that time.

you should come to Rick's Rendezvous in Tennessee in May!

any plans to visit DC? I am a fellow female rider, you can crash at my place. I live in Alexandria right off a metro line. PM me.

Have fun on your trip!

Thumb :)

Guy's I'm moved!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your involvement

I'm coming to NYC 23Apr and I'm starting my trip 26Apr. From NYC I'll ride to Baltimore, MD > Washington, DC > Front Royal, VA (to start Skyline Drive) > Sperryville / Luray / Elkton, VA.
I need your advice which route to choose between those waypoints - I want to see the country and I want to avoid crowded highways. Give me some hints pls
