990 Adv wheel on my 950 doesn't quite work...

Hey gang, will a 990 Adventure wheel fit onto my 950? Thought I would try it out and finding the bolts on the ABS ring are interfering with the speedo sensor on the 950.

Kind of stuck here. My buddy wrecked his 990, and swapped wheels with me, since his bike was going to scrap and my wheel was potato-chipped. His bike (and my old wheel) is now gone, and his 990 wheel doesn't agree with my speedo sensor.

If I took the ABS ring off his wheel it looks like everything would clear, I just need to figure out how to regain use of my speedo cable.

Am I looking at this right? Thanks for the assist. Kinda wish I had just left well enough alone at this point.

990 floating rotors dont fit on the 950.
call warp 9 and he will set you up for a very competitive price if you buy all 3.
sell the 2 990 rotors in the flea market.

I had the same issue on a set of wheels i just purchased.
no fuss - no muss.

Thanks for the tip. So the 990 wheel is ok it's just the rotors causing me issues?

Yep, swap to your old rotors. The 950 speedo sensor is inductive off of the rotor bolts. Wheel is the same.

I learned this by putting stainless bolts on once... no rust, no speedometer.
