Anyone attending, please visit Imlay Nuts at the Candelo markets and buy some hazelnut products - it's my parents! :)

No dirt! Whether that's good is open to debate...

First post 5th Feb, it's a shame you didn't catch it. Yeah, I should have bumped it up a few times. Will try harder next time...

Couldn't afford a 'GSA', so now it's an 'XSA' "I didn't do it! & whoever said I did, is a liar!"

I was in Candelo this morning, overcast but not raining at the Candelo markets, but zero sign of any rallyists about. It has rained here for the last 3 days, so a lot may have been put off (getting their bikes wet).

Yeah, not a huge rollout... holy f_ck it was wet! We all stayed up on the hill; I'm not sure anyone has held a rally in a rice paddy before?

The oldest rider, at 68, rode an Enfield down from Sydney. That was a bloody good effort I thought.

Weather forecast for next year - first weekend in April - fine and sunny! (touch wood)

First weekend in April, OK, in the diary, Godsilla - you're plan 'B', maybe even a combined [two-day?] wander around the area prior to the rally???,
Cheers

You're on.

Something else that was scheduled for this weekend just gone was the Far South Coast MCC Championship Open meeting, but as far as I could tell that was also washed out.

Mate, you should see my "street", I've seen better fire trails. The 2WD car is just parked, no way it is getting out, the 4WD nearly got to kiss the earth bank yesterday, and that's in 4WD with BFG mud terrains on. Mind you, a few concrete trucks last week on a still-soggy surface prolly didn't help, but it seems every time we have a decent rain my "street" becomes 4WD-only. Time to get up the Bega council methinks. Thank the Lord for knobby tyres. At least I can get my bike in and out.
