To quote Rossi:

'I did a lap of the Isle of Man, and I understand why people love this because its f**king awesome its unbelievable, great. But, unfortunately, its too dangerous. Sometimes, riders are crazy.' 'The Isle of Man is very difficult. If you make a mistake, maybe its the last mistake.'

Love the TT. It is on my bucket list.

Imagine being the guy starting them off. Knowing that chances are some of them will die.

Joey Dunlop, the most successful IOM TT racer, explained that real road racers were not as competitive on the short circuits, because it was hard to get it into your head that could afford to fall off on the purpose built tracks.

He died on a road circuit in E Europe.

That was confusing, I hope you don't mind and I hope this is in the spirit of what he said. R.I.P Joey

No problem, I should have read it more thoroughly before hitting the submit button.

I wonder if it is a numbers game - keep pulling the lions tail one time too much and he'll eat you for desert. Anyway, what the hell, I'll go watch them and marvel at their massive balls of steel knowing that its not for me!But I can go and party!
