You might want to protect the front and rear brake disks before you get into the rocky shit.

I didn't think it was as crazy as the Honda 450x I rode.

Aaah. It appears the sputtering was water in the gas. It is running a bit better now. ;)

Heh heh. That wear pattern makes fit a great tire for tipping it hard over in a turn. Not so great if you just want to lean a little bit and you roll past that edge.

Sorry Eric. Out of town this weekend. Hopefully soon. My WRR is in the garage sulking.

SOG - CCCP is open this weekend. Perhaps we should go work on your dirt skills.

Fuel is critical on these bikes- for some reason they are finicky. Not sure if this is true but I was told that you need to drain the carb out if you wash the bike. SOG, that may hold true for drowning one too.

My bike sat with stabil in it from Nov-May and would barely start for a month then cough and sputter like crazy once she was running. I dumped the entire gas tank and it still took 20 miles of short daily rides to recover fully. Now I start it weekly and scare a young mother in the neighborhood to make sure she's in top running order, and to make sure the bike runs well too.

Ed. The mechanic told me there was visible water in the aftermarket tank. Nephew1 rode it. She's running good. :)

The old Tourance was a pain to get off the rim but the new Full Bore is went on easy.
