The stripes are plastic tape. Probably purchased from Amazon.

I also put the stripes on my 450 for a little splash of color.

It scratches a bunch of itches.

Thinking about just a couple of finger sandwiches (with a knife so they can be divided up easily) instead of the traditional ham dinner today. You know, just so we can go ride the wheels off some more sooner.

And since you brought it up...

Could be. There's a great deal on one in PA. We were this close >< to grabbing that one. PM me if you want the info.

Cool2 Sunday Ride...for LUNCH!

Planning a ride this coming Sunday, 27 April. The gathering place, once again, is MAX BMW in North Hampton, NH. Leaving the shop at 10:00 AM sharp. Full fuel tanks and empty bladders. The route is about 80 miles at backroad speeds.

The route includes several dirt roads. These are dirt roads that passenger cars travel. Not class VI roads.

Given it is Spring, some of these roads may be soft and muddy in lower areas. Street-only bikes may have a little difficulty with the entire route.

Lunch destination is Peterborough, NH. There's the diner, Harlow's, and some other places to get lunch.

Riders may disperse after eating lunch to make your own way home. My suggestion is to use your GPS to route shortest distance, allow dirt roads, avoid major highways.

If I could make a suggestion to alter your trip only slightly, this is 10 min south of the Diner and is waaaaay better for lunch and especially dessert. Mmmmmm.... and for anyone who has never been, it can quickly become a go to destination for any weekend ride.

That is a good place. Plenty of room for dining…and ice cream! Probably a good destination for warmer weather. Are they open now?

The ride this Sunday coincides with the Granite State BMW Riders lunch event at the diner. It allows any of the GSBMWR people from the Seacoast to join this ride over to Peterborough. It doesn't have to be a joint event or anything. It just happens to be convenient to pair up the two somewhat.

And if things go as planned, it shall receive one.

Thanks for the heads up on that event. We're looking forward to it.
