AZ - east valley - Mother's day run

I got a free pass for Sunday. Weather looks good down here in the desert.
Anyone interested in joining me for an exploratory trip?
Option 1
heading out from Florence southeast to visit what I think is an abandoned ranch and then over to Globe the backway to hit some mines, ruins, etc. Very exploratory to continue where I left off last time I was out that way.

Option 2
Phoenix to Sierra Anchas to Young. Then perhaps exploring the backway to Giesela or just take the Apache Trail back home. Known routes, lots of miles.

Option 3
Middle Gila Canyons/Florence Junction. Known routes, just some fun

Option 4
What do you have in mind? I just want to ride since I got the day off

I'll be on my enduro but ride pretty conservatively.

I felt a little bad about that one. Not a lot bad, just a little :)

You could tag along with me but... I seem to remember "you"

No, Just Jerking your chain...
I have also been released for Mothers Day... Thought I may run to Yarnell for a bite to eat at the Ranch House.
However my route usually takes me 3+ hours from Wickenburg. (I'm old & slow) I will encounter some graded road's, rocky ungraded roads, two tracks, a bit of single track, a couple miles of sometimes deep sand, a little uphill and a lot of steep rocky downhill, ohh yes there is a spot or two of rock steps. Then I get to the Hassayampa river that is only 1/4 mile from my house to begin with. Then an easy jaunt past Angels Ranch, Octave, Stanton and onto Yarnell.
With a full belly I take highway 89 about 1/2 way down the hill to a little drop off the side into the desert. Returning home the easy 2 hour route.
Really don't think you want too follow me tomorrow.
Someday I'll get a more street worthy bike and stay off these DAMN rough routes I've grown accustomed to. Then I can play with you boy's more.

My 690 is about the most street worthy bike I'd ever want, I like the rough stuff.

Anyone interested in riding on Sunday????

I wished I could ride with you tomorrow, but I didn't get a free pass for tomorrow either. I need to get the DR out soon though.

Ride safe and have fun.

I would love to join you but can't make it.

Have a great ride wherever you go.

Vehicle maintenance is for when it's shitty outside. When it's nice outside, you go ride!
