I have the feeling it doesn't exist, this question has been asked a few times on the HUBB and it seems to be a rumour rather than something real. You might have to look into shipping.

A passenger ferry between two places where there are no interested "passengers" is not likely to be a successful business venture, not in my lifetime at least.

You might be better off waiting for the train.....

yeah, just wait until this new Cold War has thawed, and hell frozen over a few times.. then they might seriously consider wasting a billion dollars on a train line, that would go through enormous distances of nearly uninhabitated territory, so would likely get very, very little use
