That's pretty sharp. I would say that this (and the previous photos of the black ones) look a lot better than the marketing photos on your website. The red/black/white pair photographed for the Formula page really makes the black leather area on the back of the gauntlet look... inflated for lack of a better word (part of the reason I ordered the Prodigy, actually).

Really like the tan. What's the palm look like? My Prodigys still look like new after almost 2 years of use. Love them.

The current site photos need to be overhauled. Looking for that solution shortly. God, I hate html... I cannot imagine writing code for a living, pains me to think about..

Question

Derp, I have the Exhibition Pros, not the Prodigys. Love them and wearing like iron. How about tan Exhibitions?

Honestly, anything can be made. Making a pair here or there though, isn't going to allow me to continue this endeavor. My difficulties are in regard to marketing and continued glove sales. My current glove products are as good as anything you can buy. I've had our gloves in Motorcyclist Magazine, Cycleworld and SportRider. Excellent reviews in these publications but as far as sales go, they did very little. A catalyst, they were not!

Due to our body armor nonsense, I'm trying to get our site on the first page of search results for "motorcycle gloves", in hopes more people find our products. Otherwise, it's a marketing Rubik's Cube that I do not have the resources to figure out..

I have the mousetrap, now what?

Got my prodigy gloves today. These gloves are the shit! Perfect fit and I'm impressed. I've got a pair of each in this group buy and like the prodigy and exhibition gloves the best. Probably because they fit perfectly. The formulas run a bit bigger so I'm not bonding with them just yet.

Got the Prodigy's in the mail yesterday - I did a little happy dance in front of the mailbox hive. But I think I'm going to have to go a size up (happy dance cancelled ).

I'll measure up my hand for reference later, but the XLs are on the snug side. It'd probably stretch to fit after a while, but the wrist entry hole is going to be a problem - it's a delicate process getting my hand in and out and I can see that putting some strain on the liner over time.

Finger length is about right - I could go with another 1/8th in length, maybe.

Construction-wise - these are pretty darn nice. The only manufacturing issue I saw on them was a spot on the wrist armor where it looks like the stitching needle made some contact - a couple of distinct lines in the plastic. Very small, no impact to functionality, I would not return/reject a set of gloves for this.

John - I'll PM you as well, but how much larger are the XXL Prodigy gloves than the XL?

?
I'm placing another small order and having some XL's made slightly larger. While the gloves are Outstanding, the sales are lacking. So, as usual, baby steps with every order placed..

Finger length can be easily manipulated, if all else is good..

If anyone is looking for a custom glove, available in 4-6 weeks, Now is the time to request it...

Marketing and margin are a tricky business, but you have a great product and good reputation. Keep at it, grassroots will grow your base.

How about riding personalities and endorsements? Resellers? Dealer markets? Hell, Amazon should give another "Warsh-ing-ton" entrepreneur a boost!

The products are too good to let go. Hang in there!
