So I placed an order 12 days ago. Followed it up with an email and then a phone call (went to voicemail) and still no word.

I'll try and phone again today but if that doesn't reach a person i will simply cancel.

A shame because the product looks interesting and though I can live without it I do find I get some fatigue in the hands after about three hours so hoped this might help.

I put a pair on my 1983 R100RS and really couldn't tell much improvement. That said, the vibration level before I installed them was pretty low....
In hindsight, I think it was a waste of my money and time.

Are you willing to re-sell them? :)

It would be interesting if there was a method of measuring the vibration, before and after, and compare. This way, we would know on what series it would work best and on what it would not.

For me, it's the engine that vibrates. The bicycle runs smooth, I have dyna beads inside the tires.

Dan.

My hands were sore after half an hour on the road on my TT350 with no rubber damping on the bar clamps.
Stuck a pair of Vibranators in and have done 8hr days with less issues than 30min without.

On the rubber mounted DR650, there's a difference, just not as striking.

Sadly, still no joy so I have begun the resolution process through paypal.

My hopes weren't high when I placed the order given the recent posts on here but I figured it was worth a shot (it's not like I can't ride the bike without them).

I'll let you know when there are any updates.

Hi Dan,
The bike has heated grips and removing the Vibranators will be far more trouble than I'm willing to go through. Sorry, they are staying put.

Bugger :(

Not again.

Just read his autobiography recently.

It's a wonder he's alive

I got a phone call saying the same.

One of his team is going to put my order together when the parts arrive at the end of the month so maybe about 3 weeks and I should have them.

From a business perspective, Don should simply have stopped taking orders or put something on his website stating that due to ill health orders may take up to x months to fulfill. The former is what I did when I went through cancer and treatment, a simple pop-up explaining that I would email everyone who registered when the business (me) was back up and running.

I wish him well in this challenge he faces.

I ordered some stuff for a KLR several months ago...not a good experience customer-service wise at all. Several week delays and zero communication.

Couldn't figure out why because when I ordered previously in 2009, service was exceptional.

Sorry to hear about the health issues- NOT fun at all.

Nothing yet and no communication since.

I'll give them to the end of the week.

Got an email last evening saying my order has shipped so that's pretty close to target and I have no complaint about that.

Hopefully they perform as expected and I'll be completely happy.
