TIA!
Hey Thanantos, sorry for the delayed reply. Something was messed up with our email notifications.

Our internal wiring does not carry steady +12V. For example we pulse the line to reduce brightness (and current draw) in tail light mode. Therefore it should not be used for powering normal +12V peripherals.

Having said that, you do have a few options: (a) we can sell you an extra cable set that uses the same quick-turn connector design for getting from outside the case to inside. You can connect this to switched +12V on your bike and use it however you like inside the box or (b) many of our customers who upgrade from the Givi light kit to ours still use the Givi wiring inside their top box for this type of auxiliary purpose.

Hope that helps!

BMW CANBUS compatible?

I have a 2014 R1200GS and I usually commute with a vario topcase only. The topcase sticks out pretty far, and I am concerned that it obscures the brake light, so I am looking for a lightbar that I could install on the topcase. Your products look very nice, but I know the BMW CANBUS system does not play nice with some some electrical components. Do you have any experience with your connectors on modern BMW bikes?

I've had no issues with the Givi top case Admore kit and a light bar on a 12GS. Both work with the bike's wiring system.

So I ordered a couple of Admore parts for the new bike. I have had a topcase kit in my Givi 52 for a couple of years and it works great.

I placed the order on the Admore site Tuesday using the AdvRider discount code. This morning, a guy shows up in my office asking for me. He has the parts I ordered in his hand and he is obviously not a courier, so I ask who he is. It turns out that he works for Admore and they are in Calgary, so he just dropped by my office to give me the parts. Now that's service!

Hello and thank you for ordering with us! The ADVRIDER discount code is still valid and continues to work.
Please note however that the discount code doesn't apply to "clearance" items or to orders under $50

Regards,

i'm installing a used GIVI case that has the admore light kit installed in it. What size positap "T" connector should I use? i.e. what gauge is the wire? The wiring kit has two labels on it "ADML#1H3F24R" and "Top case Set-up v.2.1.y"

Thanks in advance

We recommend and many of our LED kits ship with Posi-Tap™ 20-22 Ga. Line Taps. These taps are secure and very user friendly.

GREAT customer service from Admore via the phone today! I wish every company I dealt with had friendly, knowledgable people who were interested in actually helping me solve problems.

Got my V-Strom adaptor kit today. Took about 3 minutes flat to install it. The wiring block is a very nice addition to the kit. My lights look GREAT!
