Mark, the Elwha Wall is a climbing wall we used to access by crossing over the Elwha Dam. With the dam gone you can access it from the Adventure Route of Olympic Discovery Trail. Take 112 to Dan Kelly Rd. and turn south, go to the "Y" in the road, turn left, you'll see a large brown parking sign for horse trailers. Park near the gate and follow the road for about 1/8 mile to the end (go past the Adventure Route trail that crosses the road) then follow the overgrown dual track path that goes to the right for about another 1/8 mile. It's not marked but you should be able to find it. Once you get to the river follow the single track trail that goes to the left. A couple hundred feet later you'll see "The Wall". There are fixed anchors on the wall and several dozen routes should you remember to bring your climbing gear. Photos don't do it justice. You'll have to hoof it or be on Mtn. bike.

Here's one route:

Wow very nice, clean, crisp photos n16ht5. The last one should be given to your daughter on her graduation day.

Go pro fun.

A little trail riding near my house.

This silly grouse shows up whenever i'm in his territory. He'll come right up and peck at my feet.

Ripping up the beach down by the river.

And one from paddle boarding the other day.
