Need spot to camp north Idaho 4th of July

Hi Guys,
Four of us will be on our bikes on a 10-day trip from northwest Washington into Montana, up into Canada and looping around Banff and Jasper etc. Our plans changed so now we will be looking for a place to pitch 4 tents on the 4th of July. Originally we thought we'd be in Canada that day (not a holiday there) but now we will be somewhere in the Sandpoint area, generally. All the usual campgrounds are booked up of course.
Any suggestions? Anybody have a back 40 we can use for a night or two around that date?
Any help appreciated!

Been through there a couple of times on trips. No recommendation for specific spot, but anywhere you see 'Sportsmans Access' signs you can camp, we've never had issues finding a great spot in Idaho, just don't wait until near dark.

Have you considered Priest Lake?
