In the event of a chain failure, I actually think the acetyl version is going to be better at absorbing the impact. It's softer than the alloy and will deform, absorbing the energy. And it looks tough in black! ;)

But the blue alloy would look trick if I ever washed my bike for a show&shine...not likely!

I think in good percentage of "incidents", you may be right.

Next batch of case savers starts tomorrow.
There has been a delay in material delivery

I have 11 orders and so there are 13 going begging. Get in early and you can choose your colour.
The Husky boys(and girls) will get the logo as well.

I'll take a kit with both sets of footpeg brackets. PM or email to confirm $$. I'll post you a pre-addressed satchel to send them back to me mate. I have all your details.

Some case savers in stock as the intended owners have not come forward to claim

Red with Husky H - 2
Black - 1 - sold pending payment
Blue - 1
Gunmetal - 1
Clear (silver) - 1

I also have 3 'raw' in stock. Choose the colour of your choice. Just give me a week to have it anodised.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I also have new fender brackets, cable guides, hooter brackets and 'old shape abs sensor' brackets ready to go.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 9 sets of footpegs brackets currently in production are all spoken for.
Quite popular lately . So anyone who wants, let me know and I will get some more on order.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I still have 4 axles and hanger kits available.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Raising links are in queue for a production run.
I have had requests for a standard length and a longer(lowering) length link. If there is more interest I may be convinced to put them on the product list. Hands up who wants.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sadly the Yamaha/BMW hybrid brake disc was a no go as it is just to expensive.
However I am willing to offer a modified hanger. If you take a hanger I will give you the CAD information required to modify a BMW disc to fit it to a Yamaha front wheel. Having access to a waterjet cutter is the ideal situation. I managed to get a disc modified locally for AUD20
These hangers will be a special order. They'll be only slightly dearer but there will be a waiting period.
So if you can get a Kayaba front end with a wheel included, this may be the cheapest option for you.

I have to say thanks to those who have spent some of their hard earned with me. It has become way bigger than I ever expected. I have been struggling to keep up at stages.
Also feel free to post pictures here for others to see. Feedback, both positive and negative, is also most welcome.

Thanks again
Craig

So, question. Your case saver, will it accommodate a 17t sprocket?

Yes it will fit a 17T sprocket. Any sprocket that fits the bike with the std plastic cover.

Check your PM

Thumb

I am fresh out of all parts. I am posting the last axle kit and case saver on Monday
The interest and support has been incredible. People know a quality product when they see it
Thank you to all have purchased from me.

I haven't stop making and I am still taking orders.
As I have said many times, I do this as a hobby, in my spare time, on a borrowed machine.
I cannot commit to delivery dates for this reason. But I will endeavor to get my production run as quick as I can.

Ok. So I ordered a case saver in gold, and set of peg relocation brackets. They both showed up on the porch. BEAUTIFUL. Superb machining, forming, taping, welding, de-burring and anodizing. Gorgeous parts. Only regret: I ordered the parts three days before I pulled the trigger on a YZ426 fork swap; otherwise, I would have also ordered the horn and fender brackets. I'll be back.

The only person who will vouch for the fact is me! And that's because you paid me off.

Glad you happy Squire

Once I do, I'll install my new parts, snap some pics and post 'me up. Meanwhile, get crackin' on makin' me a horn and fender bracket. I'll PM ya soon.
