Good Day in Prescott

Today was a great day in Prescott. I was in the driveway washing off my bikes from yesterday's ride when a van pulls up & out steps Corky Buryl a guy we left for dead along side the trail of life. He is a Cancer survivor!! He's up & out driving & talking about riding again soon. Made my day, my week, my year. He is just too stubborn to leave just yet.

Corky

A lot can be learned from that old man and his "ATTITUDE".
He's got more miles racing in Baja than most riders have just riding.
A little "C" history:
He and his 16 year old son won, overall, the Baja 500 on a Deek(DKW) back in the 70's.
Has won the Baja 1000 overall.
And has many class championships.
Then at 60+ years of age qualified for the International Six Day Trials.
Plus he has survived "Multiple Myeloma"
And he's a retired LA Motor Cop
He is 74 years old and I'm helping him build a CRF230L because he wants get back riding.
Now that's attitude!
I think he deserves the attitude!

Guys with big dicks generally don't get along with guys with little dicks... I read it on Wickipedia.

glad to hear it. I've had the pleasure of riding and hangin out with Corky a few times over the years. Glad to hear he's building up a bike and planning his return to the dirt.
