They built road books out of Tupperware and zip tied them to the bars. :)

There were a multitude of approaches for the roadbook holders, from the simple to the steampunk (Harcus!). Or even the Kinex motor approach...

the app works perfectly with the 3g - I just needed the latest os on the phone...

and scotty upon further reflection I totally feel that the gear I have on my bike, ICO odo and RNS repeater is wonky, poorly made, stoneage bullshit... all due respect to the guys that make it and sell it, I'm sure they are great guys, and in 1994 that was revolutionary I bet, but the gear is so out dated... huge props to you for embracing the future and allowing the app. Bravo!

I'm a vintage kinda guy, so I'm leaving that silly nav tower in place to show the kids how it was in the old days...

Are there any plans to bring this to android? Seems like an old Casio G'zOne Commando would be about perfect for this and would eliminate the need for a rugged case.

Sorry for the late reply...

No Android now, but we have a few things going on that may materialize.

Also - Anyone out there with Arduino coding/debugging experience that would be willing to help me a bit that would be a big help on some of the switch stuff I've been working on.

Rally Blitz v1.2 is live on iTunes

There were a few bug fixes, most notable is the one that caused the odo to adjust if an alarm came up from another application. We've also adjusted the reset (zeroing) off of the main page, tuned the scaling and speedo and a few other things. You can see the overview below if interested.

http://youtu.be/PUhWJP2jTiA

We also tweaked it for a few people who wanted to be able to listen to music while riding...done!

That is amazing Phil,

I used it last weekend and it performed excellent. This is a game changer for all the entry level people who want to get the Rally feeling. Amazingly accurate as well and the correction factor is a nice feature.
Could it have and ''auto correct'' feature? i.e. you correct and the software adjusts the correction factor.

Had a 10000 mAh portable battery to power the phone and it worked fine for the whole ride. Too bad the ride was only 4 hours

Will run again this weekend and post photos of the setup

Tested and working fine :)

Please keep the A screen as it is, as close as possible to ICO features, it means... simple and effective! Mainly don't change the screen adding the chance to zero easily!!!

Great work this app, thanks for that

An Electronic Roadbook?
No more paper taped together on endless rolls, how novel.
Great work!
