Don't take it apart too far. I'll be home next week.
Unfortunately, other things have come up that will prevent me from getting to it for a few more days. Once I get on it, it should take me less than a day to install my auxiliary fuel tank, lines and petcocks, the short intake trumpets inside my Rottweiler, reinstall a proper drain line on my fuel filler cap drains, and try to find my valve cover level oil leak. Maybe I'll take some measurements and start fabbing up my aux light brackets.

That oil leak is bugging me. I can't see where the oil is coming from at all. Yet the top of my rear cylinder is collecting enough oil that it runs down its sides. I probably didn't install the head to oil tank vent fitting correctly or something.

Maybe I'll get it done this weekend. See ya when you get back.

I'm hoping some new 'toys' come in the mail today. They'll let me make some cool new parts a lot easier. Anyone want to take a guess at what bike this might fit? It's easy. I can't wait to finish some of these up. Would anyone be interested in something like this?

I had to replace my rear exhaust header last week in France. I notice a louder sound coming from the exhaust while in northern Spain riding into Andorra. I had the header welded in January while in the south of Spain before entering Morocco, but, after looking at, I decided it was time for a new one (even if it was 200 Euros!!!). Luckily, the KTM dealer in Toulouse, France was well-stocked and had all the parts I needed on hand. I took the day to change the header and do a coolant change at the side of their shop.

They were very friendly and helpful. They even offered to allow me to camp out on their property. I didn't since a customer came by while I was working and invited me over to his house to have dinner with his family after I finished up.

KTM heated grips

Cycra Pro Bends with drop down clamps, these are the small handshields for summer, I have the big ones for colder days.

CJ's side stand relocator, switch delete and peg exstentions.

Seat Concepts tall foam and cover, what a dramatic improvement over the stock seat.

Installed the Iron Man sprocket that came with the bike

Nobody in their right mind would leave one of these bikes stock.
