Some of the old heads (that still have a memory) might can fill in the blanks. Most of the details in that article are the same as I read many years ago.

As best I remember that occured on Push Mountain road, AR341.

If someone is suspected of having a fracture of the cervical spine unless they are in danger of losing their life where they are the worse thing you can do is move them.

But one of the best things you can do is to hold their head in position, to prevent it from moving and causing further damage, until medical help arrives.

Most likely, a rider stuck under a vehicle who is being ignored by all other parties, has died.

In my experience, that is a good idea. If she has a bod like that, there isn't much better it can get.

Come on, that is a fake picture, no?
It is so unnatural. Too much scenes, nicely cut and separate; nothing of the usual chaos at an incident scene,...

From what I remember the pic is real.

If it was, and the events shown were true... the people standing around talking while two others are more than likely severely injured seem to not care. There is even someone picking up a motorcycle showing more care about that machine than the two injured parties. Even if both were dead, still seems lacking in response. Too many things make this photo lack credibility. Even a B-movie on SyFy could do a better accident scene.

No skid marks. Body under truck yet no damage to truck. No one attending to guy under truck or on hood. Recreation?

I think they're doing a mock scene for firefighters/police to practice emergency procedures.
