In that case - take the ferry from St John NB to Digby NS and ride the coast counter clockwise.
Beautiful area all around and it typically gets missed when folks ride the CT.
Lunenburg and Bridgewater are escpecially nice.

Another idea might be to ride a circle tour around Lake Superior.
What if there were no more hypothetical questions?

Up the AutoRoute from Hull to Maniwacki or Mont Laurier.

Plenty of logging roads to play with I'm sure. Someone must have done this trip. I always planned to when I lived in Ottawa, but never go around to it.

Hey nice map!

Deals Gap is a great trip. If you decided to go down there, then I would also suggest you read this ride report, because I mapped out some of the absolute best roads in the area and included routes getting to and from Deals Gap. My first time down there, I rode the 219 from top to bottom and then Blue Ridge/Skyline back. My second time down there, I did the roads listed above and it was much more twisty - the two trips were not even comparable.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is fantastic and if you have never done it, it's a great ride. I would suggest riding it northbound, so that the sun is not in your eyes. There is a great campground called Doughton Park around the halfway mark, and there is also a nice place to stay called Willville Bike Camp which is about 50 miles north of Doughton. If you could squeeze an extra day or two, I would certainly suggest checking out Barber Museum in Alabama, incorporated as part of your Deals Gap trip.

Another previous suggestion was the ride up to Manic Cinq - I haven't been up that way yet, but did plan a whole route to go there and back. Here's a few routes I was thinking about, of which I ended up going to Thunder Bay via Manitoulin and back via Timmins/New Liskeard:
