Any parking lot. Just have to find a home for the old oil.

Go to the local high school. You will find "battleship row" where the kids park their junkers and your oil drops will go unnoticed. To dispose of the old oil, try Canadian Tire or similar repair shop, or (around here) the fire department accepts toxic waste. Good luck.

Walmart or Cambodian Tire are good work locals. Both places will sell or loan oil collection containers, or as a alternative cut the side off of a washer fluid container. I have found if they sell the oil they will be able to dispose of it, if not fill the new containers and return them with the policy 100% satisfaction guarantee LOL.
