It is slightly taller because we made it level front to back, which fills in the slight dip by the tank. I will have to take a look at the website and edit it looks like.
I am 6'4" with a 36" inseam and it is perfect for me on my buddy`s ADV when it is run in the tall position.

Gonna put an order in for my new to me WR250r in a few minutes. That means a seat concepts saddle on all of my four bikes, and a recommendation to anyone who will listen! Even with such disparate bikes as mine, every S.C. saddle was at least a 300% improvement in tolerable ride time. On my DR650 with a 5.3 gallon tank, I can do two sequential fill-ups (nearly 500 miles) without getting off of the bike. That's like 6-7 solid hours of sitting. Considering the stocker is about a thirty minute saddle for me...
You do the math!

What's the difference between the Intermediate seat and the forthcoming Tall seat for the 2014 BMW GSAW.

Is the Tall shipping yet?

I'm considering ordering a seat.

A few questions:

Will they work on the 2015 KTM 500 exc six days?
I plan on ordering the full seat.

How wide are the seats?

How do I know whether to order the regular, tall or extra tall?
I'm almost 6'1, weigh 247lbs (without gear).
KTM swapped my rear spring got the one that appropriate for weight.
Right now I barely touch the ground with both feet the traffic light.

Thanks.

I'm a bit skeptical though.
Thy question above me hasn't gotten a reply & it's been almost 2 weeks....

Well I'm glad their service is good. It'd be s shame otherwise.

But it's better to answer questions here, in public.

So that everyone can benefit.

Maybe you should double check before suggesting Seatconcepts failed to answer your question for 2 weeks. These are the only two posts from you in this thread. Did you forget to hit the send button?

I said the post above mine. Travman's post.

This point is really not worth discussing.

Hoping others can chime in on the primary queries...

they may just be covered right now, I posted here the end of July with a ?, and a week later sent an email to Lendon regarding the same. I've never heard anything back, but a couple years ago they were very quick to respond when I was buying kits for a couple other bikes. I'll try them again at the end of the season, no biggie for me. Excellent kit though

You're right, I misread your post.

Most of us have had nothing but perfect service from Seatconcepts.

I never had any contact with anyone, just ordered what I wanted off their website. Still getting used to the gripper top compared to the slippery stock seat, but overall I'm quite pleased with my new Seat Concepts seat on my DR350. It took less than an hour to install, the hardest part was removing the old cover. The cover was nicely made, I did have to make a couple small cuts to prevent material from bunching up at the rear of the seat, but that is covered in the instructions and could have probably been avoided with a more skilled installer anyway.

Worlds more comfortable than the stock DR350 seat. It's almost an all-day seat now.

I got the answers to my questions by calling them. There are some mistakes on the website. They said the intermediate seat is the Tall seat and is 5/8" higher than the standard seat. Also, because of the high front of the rear, they said that the seating position is about an inch more forward than the stock. That was the deal killer for me because I sit so far back on the stock.

Guys and gals.

If it is important, the BEST way to get ahold of us is to call the facility phone at 951-487-0195, if we do not answer, LEAVE a message, we will call back. Our business hours are from 9-5 Pacific time.
Its the same old story, the phone wont ring for 20-30 minutes and then 2-3 people try to call at the same time.
Or you can email us at seatconcepts@gmail.com

I really don't have the spare time I used to have to hang on here.
I do check this thread from time to time and in the future we will be hiring additional sales staff and one of there responsibilities will be to handle this thread and many others on different forums.

Thanks for your understanding
