Howdy all! Anybody thinking of heading out to Richloam tomorrow? I need to get out again and avoid as much of this as possible, but a little of this and this is ok...

I'd like to but I won't know for a bit. Had plans with my son in the morning, but he might do a sleepover. That means riding time for me.

What time?

Meeting at the firetower, I presume?

I should be rolling out of the fire tower around 9:15 or so, to meet up with the rest of the guy's.

We'll probably start out on the east side and I'll try to get them over to the west side.
I'm over the waist deep stuff.
Mike and I rode last week and believe it or not it was really dry everywhere.
There were holes dried up that I have never seen dry.

I hope that doesn't mean you're trying for neck deep!

It had been very dry but we've been getting steady rain for the last few days. With that said, I am still going to try and meet y'all out there if my body cooperates!

I usually only get neck deep when I fall off the bike.

I just try not to drink too much of that swamp water when I fall in!

This is probably posted somewhere before, but where's this firetower? I can use Google Maps/GPS to find it if I have enough info.

From I75 and SR50 go east about 8 miles on 50.
Turn right on Richloam Claysink Rd, go about a 1/2 mile or so and look to your right.

I should be able to find it.

I think I can...I think I can. WheredahellamIgoinagain?

So...About 8 miles before I hit I75 , I should turn south off of 50 onto Richloam Claysink Rd, then go about 1/2 mile and look to the right for a tower thingy on fire. I'll do the aerial recon on Google Maps too.
