They're back...

They're back... at least in my riding area (Suwannee County) of North Florida. The September throng of LoveBugs began arriving this Labor Day weekend. Picked up a couple on this mornings ride... the Can-Am needed a bath anyway.

You would never want for woods spiders in this area... Golden Orb Weaver is plentiful. Trails are covered, as well as my barn and any opening wide enough to walk. At least the web is tough enough that when walking, you can back-up, out of the web.

They're good for controlling the mosquito population in my neck of the woods.

Crown and SPRITE???

I'm heading back from the cabin in Georgia this morning. Last night we were sippin' Kentucky bourbon neat, or with ice. Sprite?

The woods spiders are all over the trails up here too. We were hiking yesterday in the FS land and twirling sticks in front of us as we walked!
