    Dear all,

we are about to launch a new product.

It will be a kit of:

    Cylinders - Nikasil plated

    Pistons - forged

    Camshaft - asymmetrical

The output is 80 hp plus / 90 Nm plus

It will fit all 2V R 100 engines.

The perfect squish is first time integrated into a 100 % bolt on solution.

No need to machine the cylinder head !

No need for a twin plug ignition to avoid pinging !

So if you are about to upgrade or repair your engine have a look here for the development and further more innovative new products to come:

    Thanks and best reg.

It is our goal to set a new standard in Quality and performance as well as in the relation to the price.

So it will be below Euro 1.000,00

    Best reg.

Its a rubber dome!! I'm sure SS will have something to say about this :evil

Seriously though. That's never going to work with a standard ignition is it? Nice idea though and I'll be in the queue if it works.

Interesting cast of the combustion chamber, Rob. Is that from the Edelweiss Facebook site? (couldn't load the site, FB is being glacial today)

    Wanna do-over?

I kinda do, and I'm in better shape than you are at this point in the rebuild resolution stage.

    Interesting Dirk,
    perfect squish? For what heads?
I am saving my pennies for my plan to very soon send you my R80 heads and 1000cc siebenrock upgrade kit for machining- but this looks much more affordable. Would I need some 1000cc heads to go with it?

And before the inevitable, can we please try to keep this thread on topic and without the usual BS that floods every other thread like this?

I think that they have a rear wheel dyne.........

Im not quite sure what changes if any went into BMW head shapes, so I would guess it will be for all 1000cc models....but there were some inlet exhaust valve diameter changes along the way so maybe not.

I'm sure it will produce 5BHP more if fitted with a 336 cam:freaky:freaky

If the price is €1000, then that's a good price, most of the Seibenrock kits cost €800-900 and the SB assyemtrical cam cost near on €300.
