Hello everyone. I had my 2001 VFR stolen this morning. The thief didn't get to far though. Totaled it on the Green River Valley Road in Auburn, Wa about 30 minutes later and was airlifted to the hospital. Don't know any other details at the moment. I will be in the market for another 2001. Its been quite an exciting day to say the least.[br]

Looks like it was quite an impact. The bad guy could use some instruction on the track, then maybe he could get away cleanly next time he steals a bike...

The lack of driving/riding aptitude is all too common among criminals running from police or fleeing a crime scene. Glad noone else was hurt.

Good point. I was laughing too hard at the theif needing a chopper. Oh, wait a minute. That chopper cost me tax dollars. Always something to ruin a good thing.

Who'd want to steal a VFR?

It could have been worse. The owner could have caught the thief..with no witnesses around...

I can't stand thieves and hooligans at all. If you want something, buy it yourself. We had to come up with the hard earned cash so leave our toys alone. Buy your own or go without.

IMNSHO - No mercy for injured criminals. He got what he deserved. Hope it hurt a LOT.

I suggest you go visit him in the hospital, and break his legs if they are not already broken. Then pour a dirty bed pan over his head, and then shove a rough splintered stick up his ass.
That should finish teaching him a lesson of what happens to thieves.

Started on a sportbike, finished on a chopper. Maybe he wanted an HD all along?
