But.....

I had been having trouble trying to order some items I need from Andrew and was having trouble from his website. I hit the "contact us" button and shot him a friendly email of what was going on and the error I received.

I got a reply from Andrew this morning around 7 am saying that the site was fixed and ready to go and if I had anymore trouble to call him and he would help me out.

First class service. He reminds me of my pops who is and has been self employed now for over 24 yrs. Personal service. That is why I always try to shop local.

The rest of you say what you want, but all you have to do is hit the "contact us" button and simply give him a little explanation of what is wrong or what your concern is and put your ADV name at the bottom. If you do it in a decent manner, I bet one would get this same type of service rather than demanding something and not get anything!
