Bmw C1

I am looking for a C-1 also, just because it looks like fun, but I wonder what the top speed would be, and if it is available in the US? If it is not available what is comparable? I have a BMW 650gsla which is great for me at 5'4", and i have taken that for some long excusions cross country, but for a new rider or someone who is just interested in scooting around town, this would be a nice thing to find. If anyone does know where to get one, please respond with a post. Thanks
