Insurance - On Road and Off Road

I'm thinking this falls under the vendor category, so here it goes.

I'm an independent insurance agent and among other things, I sell insurance for street bikes, ATVs, dune buggies, dirt bikes, rhinos/side by sides, and more.

We are licensed in:

AZ, CA, MI, NV, OH, TN, MD and OR
(with more licenses to come in VA, TX, PA, and NJ soon)

I'd be happy to help anyone here compare rates for their bikes, homes, or other vehicles. Being indepedent, I can compare the rates of multiple companies to help find the best price.

NO BROKER FEES for ADV Riders Members!

Our website for bikes is: http://www.getcycleinsurance.com/

For anything else: http://www.runquotes.com/

I look forward to helping and riding with you all.

When are you adding Utah to that list?

Dave, it's nice that you don't charge "broker fees". But, who charges broker fees for standard market personal lines coverages such as bike insurance?

I didn't know that was legal.

Just wonderin' . . .

We don't charge them, but in California, many people I have talked to have paid broker fees for bike/auto insurance. Actually a friend of mine told me he paid a $200 broker fee for his bike insurance.

It depends on where you live, so different states have different rules.

I just wanted to make sure that people here knew that the prices that I quote them would be direct from the insurance carrier, and that I don't add any fees.

With all that in mind... I'm here to help.

Okay, thanks!

BTW, as a bike owner, I think it's a good thing to have an insurance agent who understands your needs. Few agents have in-depth knowledge of motorcycle coverages (i.e., how to value/insure farkles & accessories; unusual liability and health exposures inherent with adventure riding & international travel, etc.).

Good luck, Downtick, I hope you find success with the bike enthusiasts on this site.

TN and MD are now on my list.

I can now help my fellow riders in those states!

I'm glad I was able to help a few of you so far, I look forward to chatting and riding with more of you in the future.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are now licensed in NJ, PA, and FL.

If anyone needs help with their motorcycle insurance, or any other type, feel free to give me a call or send an email.
