You need a 42" screen to see the first 2 posts. the torque values are there, you just have to slide the screen over to the right.

Torque value for the two M10x55 Hex Bolts that affix the bottom clamping support for the handlebar to the upper fork bridge:

50 NM with Loctite 243

(per dealership)
