Just yesterday received a *barely* used Wolfman Explorer tank bag and panniers from another ADVRider member....nice stuff!

Telephoned Eric at Wolfman a few minutes ago, inquiring about a second set of straps, so's I could use the tankbag on the other bike.

Eric takes my name and address, and says "we'll get it out to you this week".

"Hey Eric, don't you need my payment info??"

"Nah, we'll just send it to you".

Holy shiznits. I'm impressed, and flabbergasted.

I need a hug.
