angola visa

Hi just in oshakati and they don't issue transit visas anymore,anyone know how to get a letter of recommendation from angola?Next plan is lusaka for a dr congo visa if there's an embassy there,thx,ron.

What country are you from? Angola pretty much insists that you acquire all visas in your country of origin but I do know that the consulate in Pointe Noir can be convinced to part with them. Maybe you can find a similar deal in Oshikati by by approaching the right official with the right money.

Everyone I know that has come into Angola has had a very hard time though. You're probably better off going around.

The biggest problem is that every visa application has to have a LOI registered with DEFA now and the visa issuers do check them as well as DEFA officials in country sometimes.

Thanks for the replies i'm from new zealand in rundu now waiting till monday to try for a visa here if no luck i'll try to get up through zambia and dr congo via lumbumbashi and kananga,it's been done so we'll see.see ya ron.

If you end up going through DRC let me know how it goes. I'm planning a similar route sometime in the next couple of months.

Hi i just got an angolan visa i think it depends on your nationality mainly and stamps from previous countries in your passport,off to menongue tomorrow,cool see ya ron.
