Engine Hesitation in F650GS Twin

My '09 F650GS engine hesitates when opening the throttle slightly (just above idle) after deceleration. The flat spot (some refer to a "bog") lasts about a second, and then it clears up and revs fine. In this video you can this same bog at 1:27 into the recording.

Updates from the dealer have been done to the bike, and they are clueless. The bike has never stalled but this lag in the engine response is annoying. Has anyone experienced this with the 650/800 twin?
