Pulled over in Belair MD today.

I was coming into the town of belair on rt924 when i was lit up buy (i found out latter) the chif of police himself followed shortly after by three more town police.I know i was not speeding.By the way i was on my ktm 530excr. So i pull into a bank parking lot shut the bike off and take my helmet off to show him that i am no kid on joy ride.He walks up i say good afternoon ocifer hahaha. He asks for the usual lic and reg.He takes them to one of the other officers and tells him to handle it and leaves.Officer checks the putter and finds i have clean recored.He hands me my stuff back and asks me if i know why i was pulled over i said no.They just passed a new law requiering the licence plate be mounted in a vertical position so they can clearly see it.Mine is not so he said to get it fixed and have a nice day.I taklked to him for a few he was telling me about all the bike thefts going on in harford cnty so if you live here lock them bikes up good.Opps i ment horizontal thanks.
