Quick question KLR break-in :)

Hey,
so i have an 08 klr650,
has 580 miles. broken in bellow 4k rpms mostly with a mix of engine braking and hard accel. changed oil at 200 and 300

im wondering when it is safe to run at continuous rpms(like highway travel)???
couple long trips coming up and dont want to screw my bike.
