![]() I fill them up with grease before every long trip- it's sort of a reservoir tip for your bearings.

This trailer used to be for my boat- it would get submerged at least once a day. The bearings are still going.

It's not officially ready to sell yet....but it's a sunny day, so I'll throw out a feeler and try to get some input from folks to see what a reasonable asking price is. I'm thinking $1500 is ballpark, and seems more than reasonable to me - especially for a local sale to a fellow inmate. If it goes on the Flea Market, thought about giving myself bargaining room and starting closer to $1700. Am I close, or way out of whack?
This is the '92 that I built up last year, but different. It's titled and plated, but no longer has the full dualsport kit. Same frame, engine, and fork externals (with '00 internals now). Last year it got new front wheel bearings and new steering head bearings, and a TwinAir filter, as well as an RX XSO x-ring chain and new sprockets (all still on it). The suspension, fenders, seat, gas tank, stator, bars/controls, 35w XR headlight, and rear wheel are from the 2000 XR600 I bought to fix up. The '92 is essentially back to being a stock XR600, but with a brake light switch. Needs a mirror and horn to be back in compliance....rear tire is not DOT, front is a D606 w/ 4mm Michelin UHD tube. For those not familiar with the bike, follow the link in my sig line for the '92, it will show the story. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Blake,
I'm not in the market but I think you could easily get that money for your XR on craigslist... Take lots of nice pictures and make sure you include them in the craigslist ad (use html, not craigslist's crappy & very limited image hosting) With older bikes like that, condition is everything, and as we all know, your bikes are meticulously prepared. Hell, if it had an electric start, I'd buy it as a perfect loaner bike! ![]() Exhaust looks a bit dumpy though... can you bike up an aftermarket cheap?

I would say $1700 easy but hey what do I know. We know it is a great bike but what is selling these days is a mystery. there are worse bikes out there on Graig's now for more.
Ask $2K and take ![]() Marc

Blake,
There's been a few XR600R's on CL lately for well over $2k. I'd rather have yours than any of them. Nothing wrong with getting a fair price. |

That's good news, thanks for the input.
With all the hoo ha about plating dirtbikes now, being plated probably doesn't hurt it's value any.

Hey, if I want it for $1,500 can I still have it?
Just kidding... Nice pictures & I bet you bring north of $2K no problem.

Damn, Blake, if only... Good luck with the sale.
Those powerline towers are to the south of my house, too, but about 4 miles east of you. Ready for the Reuter-Hess Reservoir?

Lost and or no title help
I've used these guys:
http://www.its-titles.com/index.htm A few times and had great success. Lots easier and faster than the bonded method IMHO.

1150GS shocks-pair-good shape.
I posted this elsewhere on the site and hope I'm not convicted of spamming, but here goes. Selling a pair of good, non-leaky shock off of my 01gs, approx. 60K miles. Worked fine before I pulled them to put on lower Wilburs. Asking 175 plus shipping, but open to fair offers, Hope you can use them. Doug in Gunnison

Not Bike Related
SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quadzilla Commander Ok here is the deal. I have a Quadzilla Commander, gauges only, with pillar mount. This was taken off of my '06 in a hurry when traded in. I was not able to save the oil pressure fitting or the EGT probe, however the parts can be bought from Quadzilla pretty cheap. $20 for the thermocouple and $7 for the trans temp sensor if doing that. Also, the bung/adapter for the trans is needed from the hardware store (take the tans plug in and match it up). I have an email from Quadzilla stating what is needed for an '07.5+ 6.7L. A software update would be needed for the 6.7. I will forward this to anyone interested. The pillar mount is the greyish color. I will post pictures of everything that is included when I get home this afternoon. I will also make a more detailed list of what is NOT included, and what is needed for what you want to monitor. This is currently half-installed on my '08 (monitor and pillar mount but not the harness or fittings). I am selling due to being short of money, and haven't done anything engine-wise on my truck, so if I get something it will be a PMT down the road. Installation instructions: http://69.56.157.126/files/commander_main2.pdf $225 shipped to lower 48, $215 picked up. PM or email. Looking to get rid of quickly so I will also be posting in regular Flea Market. uapilot1@hotmail.com Nick
