Question DC area stores that sell riding gear (Pants, Jackets, etc)

I live in WV and weekly travel to DC for work. I would like to find someplace I could stop in and find some adventure riding gear to physically touch, compare, try on for sizing, etc. Not interested in leather. What store has the widest selection?

Name and location would be great.

I hope this is the right forum I did not know where else to post this.

Thanks

Probably would have been better in the South East regional forum.

Of the shops I've been too, Bob's BMW has a fantastic selection. A little north of DC though, in/near Jessup, MD.

Have you tried Battleycycles.com in Rockville? They have a quite new BMW shop... great Staff.

I have been to all the dealers in the area , Battley cycle has by far the best selection around. Not just the chinese made crap. They are in Rockville, be prepared, you will want to spend $$$$$$$$.

Since you probably do the 340/270 run, why not hit the 3 dealers in Fredneck that are almost next to each other? You'd have the Kaw/Suzi, Yam, and Hardley shops. The Kaw/Suzi shop has the best selection by far.

Yeah.... not really. I made a trip up there and was very disappointed. They're primarily a Harley dealer. If you're looking for HD apparel, this is your store. But their selection of other brands was disappointing.

I like Bob's BMW. Coleman is also good (except for gloves which look like they went through a tornado). Just over the border in MD (SE of DC) is Clinton cycles... I bought my helmet and gloves there and they had a solid selection of both, I just don't remember what apparel they have.

My bad... I guess it depends on perspective. I was cruising pants/jackets, not the other stuff, not not really looking. Most of the first floor is HD, I did see some Vanson and a couple of BMW jackets, but it seemed like the rest was high flash power ranger suits and jackets. If I'm mistaken, please correct.
