Route from Atlanta to Nashville?

Hola folks,
I am meeting someone Saturday in Murfreesboro (just south of Nashville) to start a TAT/SoR adventure. I have been playing in Garmin Road Trip (Mapsource) trying to find a fun route to get there and I would like some recommendations.

Is there anything between Atlanta and Nashville (more or less) I should see or ride? We are looking to meet somewhere along the TN TAT.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Tour hours are: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Central Time. Tours of the Jack Daniel Distillery are free. We're open every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
I recommend taking a tour before the last one at 4:30. I've been there three times, the last time we barely made it before they got the last tour going. The place was pretty much shut down. Everyone went home for the day, so we didn't get to see any other workers.

In addition, it was pretty clear that the tour guide was going as fast as he could so he could get out of there and get home. I don't blame him a bit, but just keep that in mind when you go. It made for a hurried and less interesting tour.

You might want to pass though Little River Canyon. Great twisties and great views. Its off Al Hwy 35. Google for more info. It worth it. Desoto Falls is also in that neck of the woods.
