Hello all, Just thought I would throw a quick recommendation out there to Stu at Jack's Cycles - I got myself in a bit of a jam this past weekend at the National in RI, a quick phone call to Stu and he helped me out, making a special trip for me and going out of his way to help. As an added bonus I actually got to meet him in person. I've said it before and it is worth repeating, he is a great resource for anything trials related, and he specifically has connections and interest in Gas Gas parts (he is a dealer). THANKS STU!!
I just got an order this week from him for my Raga and I agree, he is a pleasure to do business with. Very personable and he actually replies to EVERY email I've sent him with knowledgeable advice.
Stu is a great guy, always very helpful and will go to great lengths to get you what you need no matter what it is. He has helped me several times with parts and good advise for my Gas Gas. Bob
And he still hasn't sent me an invoice for the spokes for my Montessa... I keep on sending reminder emails.
Hey Folks, Stu isn't just about Modern Trials. Here he is at the Kentuck Vintage Trials this past weekend, riding two different Vintage bikes. An Ossa MAR and this Yamaha TY250 got him to the podium! Stu is a great guy and an excellent rider; Vintage or Modern.
Stu's shop is less than a mile from me. I bought a Scorpa from him this past spring and rode it home. Not many triallers can say that! Great guy, great service, and a good neighbor to boot.
Wow - Doc, between the two of you, You guys really have the bike market cornered up there in Gods country.
Hey, Doc-- Do you have the long ride tank on the Scorpa or the race tank? We have a 2008 and I'd love to find a race tank and fender kit so I can switch the bike out between extreme trail and trails setups. I found that the big tank compromises steering lock.
Race tank, no seat. Was gonna put a long ride kit on it when I first got it but changed my mind. This tank holds plenty and I can always carry a fuel bottle if I need insurance.
