I got the subframe built today. I am going to finish it off with a piece of diamond plate aluminum to form a skid plate.

Only see the front mount and that seems low. Are you planning to have the height difference that is common on Kalich-type leaners?

The 4130 tube will make a dam strong yet still be light..
As for the sidcar wheel steer... On mine I have the front mount 100mm higher than the rear with 100mm of lead on the car wheel.. The bigger the diffrent's in the mount point hight , the more lead you can run on the side car wheel..
