However, I have it on good authority that a contract has been signed, carrier unknown.

Listened in for a while, and Carlos expressed surprise at the rate of progress once they were on a certain path. He also seemed a bit uncertain as to how they'll go at other tracks, given how smooth and consistent the new surface is here, compared to some of the others they'll be going to.
