    How about a US Consulate! Ford car optional. In case this is too crazy, any consulate compound big enough to need a fence.

    Not many US Consulates here in the US, but I know where the Mexican one is... Don't know if there's a fence, but it's decent size. They tend to get antsy when anyone stops to look/take pics though. :D

    It is global, but one of the guidelines is to keep the tag item as something most people could reasonably get. A consulate, sadly, is not something that many people are near.

    You might be surprised. The issue more often than not is awareness, not proximity. With the size of the US, many countries have multiple small consulates. The problem is you are more likely to find the locations from one of THEIR government sites than a local phone book.
