This is Soča, Koritnica comes in to Soča a bit upstream.

I miss Slovenia and the Soča and it's beautiful color.

ahh - I knew I've been there (kayaking in the early 80th).

and I was lucky and did do some riding there too: Wurzenpass etc



I miss this area...

Back then it was still Yugoslavia, but I've been back since a few times for some diving.

Slovnia really has everything: mountains, great riding, skiing, great food, coast, world famous horses... it's on my short list of countries if I move back to Europe

Couldn't agree more(on all counts.)

It's where we started and end our last two Euro trips.
