Most people have a pretty short riding season here in Saskatoon, SK. I could not, however, go the whole winter without riding, so I get out whenever I can, whether it's riding to uni, work, or just ripping around. Here's one from a beautiful day we had this weekend. I think it got to a toasty -9C (16F) in the arvo.
Proper winter riding in Norway! I live in Bergen on the west coast where we usually have little snow. Proper conditions are not far away, though. An hours travel will bring me to proper conditions with snow and ice. The only problem with winter riding is staying warm enough. Especially when the temp is closing in on -15C. <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/59311413" webkitallowfullscreen="" mozallowfullscreen="" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="281" width="500"></iframe> Hamlagrø 2 from Rote Eddie on Vimeo. <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/59187387" webkitallowfullscreen="" mozallowfullscreen="" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="281" width="500"></iframe> Winter wonder land from Rote Eddie on Vimeo. <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/59169550" webkitallowfullscreen="" mozallowfullscreen="" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="281" width="500"></iframe> Bergsdalen from Rote Eddie on Vimeo.
