    Guys,

    I need an advice!

I'm buying a road set of 19/17 alpinas for my 2010 white for Adv and considerignthe following options with the color scheme:

1)-50/50 black/orange with opposing matching nipples, black spokes and black hubs
2)-50/50 black/silver with opposing matching nipples, black spokes and black hubs
    3)-totally black with orange nipples
    4)-orange rims, rest is black
    5)-silver rims, rest is black

What would you choose and why?

I would go with option 3 myself but option 1 sounds really interesting. I have an R that is black with an orange frame and I think that all black with just a hint of orange would look best on it. It is actually the setup I have been thinking of buying as my bike is more of an asphalt bike than a dirt bike.

    Thanks,
However my bike is more white, especially once white/transparrent Safary tanks will be fitted, so I'm more looking towards white rims(custom job), but Silver is easier to get as is, probably combined with orange nipples and black hums and spokes....can not decide so far what will look better in this color mix on the bike of white, black, transparent white and orange lables...probably will switch to an orange cage as well

I'd go with whatever is easier to clean.

Black usually looks scratched and dirty really easily.

White? Don't know - might be cool but how good is that custom job gonna be?

I'd just be lazy and pick silver rims with black or orange but that's me.

I was thinking something similar myself.

Black Hubs. Black Rims. White Nipples. Wide, White Sidewall Tires.

Kind of a Saddle Oxford meets Pimp style.

Just trying to keep you from making a tragic mistake in style. Think of this as "What NOT to wear, ADVstyle". :D

I assume these are one of the Woody's sets, however still don't know how he gets them powdercoated and then gets the Takasago logos on....or these are just stickers?

I think the logos are stickers over the 'Repsol Orange' powdercoat. They are Woody's superlaced ... tubeless rear and standard front running the Tubliss system.

Somebody had them built and didn't end up buying.
