Central Transport Thread

This is the place to post that request for someone to transport a bike for you, or to offer to transport a bike for someone else to/from Central.

I have plans to drive my pickup from Minneapolis to Dallas and back soon. Targeting a Wed, 4/24 departure from Minneapolis, arriving Dallas the next day and returning to Mpls by Sunday, 4/28. Looking to offset my fuel costs if someone needs something transported along this route.

If anyone is heading out this way with an enclosed trailer, I'd be happy to pay for a spot in it for my new (to me) TE610. The bike is currently located in Grand Rapids, MI and I'd just need it somewhere in the vicinity of Denver.

I'm in Kalamazoo and my son lives in OLD Colorado City. I'd gladly ride it out there for you.

Don't pay any attention to this old coot. He wouldn't miss a days work if you paid him to take it off.....I'm a coot too and do have time.... I wish I had a trailer and a vehicle to tow it with. I would load up the DR and your Husky and head west pronto.

Well, old coot/goat, I do have an enclosed trailer and a truck to tow it with. My rates are very very reasonable, too.

Anyway, the trip is dead. The camper I was going down to buy has already sold.

Plan to drive from Minneapolis out to Rapid City / black hills area May 8th +/- have room for one bike on back of pickup truck.

I am in Wisconsin and would consider doubling up with you on this with a KLR650 depending on the timeframe. Just looking to save a riding day or two on my vacation that I take to the West Coast. I have a buddy I want to see in Denver/Ft.Collins area so I was planning on that area. Let me know if you find anyone or have already... I will do the same!
