I was at the BOS that year and the classic sidecars are always a great watch, so the next time the club put on a have a go day at Taupo, I made sure I was there.
Scrivvys Hayabusa was by far the most mental one I rode on, but the #74 Triumph I went on next was certainly a lot more fun, less G-forces beating up with more time sideways, tire smoke and pure cool sound.

The HAGD's our club (the NZSRA) put on annually certainly put a smile on a lot of dials. Glad you enjoyed the experience. We had a great turn-out this year and I think I clocked up about 50 laps taking punters around...I was worn out Willy on #74 is a great entertainer and spends more time going sideways than forwards. Mark it on the calendar...1st weekend in May...be there
