Dual lighting system identification...Who made this?

I wasn't sure where else to put this. I asked in the TTR thread, but there isn't much love in there since there aren't too many off us with them.

I bought this light setup off eBay and was curious if anyone could identify who may have manufactured the mounting bracket / hoop.

The lights are 6" PIAA's, and the bracket looks "manufactured", not just homemade or anything.

Looks similar to some of the older Baja Designs race light stuff, but I don't think that's what it is...

How do they normally attach to the bike?

Padded clamps hold the brackets to the forks, then the light frame bolts to that.

The mounting on yours is different, but you could wrap some inner tube material around your fork and clamp the frame with heavy duty hose clamps.
