Just a hair under 27,000 miles. Took about four months on a '97 Yamaha Virago 750, started and ended in Chicago.

July 19 to Aug 21 in 2011 doing the Four Corners - start/end in Connecticut. Total of 12, 766 miles. Did a 50cc from Fla to Calif. Tried to ride most of the more famous M/C roads in the process. Kankamangas, Skyline, BRP, Tail of the Dragon, Angeles Crest Hywy(CA2), PCH, 101 through the Redwoods, Lolo Pass, Bear Tooth Pass, St Joeseph's Hywy, Pike's Peak, Million Dollar Highway. Great trip with only about 3 days of rain. I'm tentatively planning a 48-10 for this summer.

My longest was from KC up to Thompson, MB (via Atikokan), then over to Vancouver, south to Seattle, then back through ID and MT to Yellowstone, across to Cheyenne, down to Denver, and back home in ten days. I've also been out to Halifax through Maine and back via Sault Ste Marie, up to Radisson QC through Buffalo and back home via Thunder Bay, and down to Key West via the Dragon and back via New Orleans. I envy you guys who can take off for a month or six and go ride across continents.

Longest trip on a single cyclinder bike was Land's End to John O'Groats on a Royal Enfield back in around 2003. That trip was around 750 miles, I think, as there was almost no motorways involved, for obvious reasons.

Mind you, I did take 4 days for that one...:)

    Cheers

About 9000 miles in 24 days, around the US, in 1984 on a 1979 Triumph Bonneville special, solo, camping the entire time.
No trouble except a flat front tire at the Grand Canyon, patched it the next morning, I was beat from walking down and up that big hole.
Nothing but great fun on that trip.

~7500 miles in 11 days across the top of the US from Michigan to Washington state, down thru Death Valley to Las Vegas and east across the southern states, then angling back to Michigan from Little Rock, AR. No freeways involved. I visited 42 states in 12 months.

Longest day was over 1000 a few times.

July 2010 myself and 2 buddies rode from Cleveland to Redmond Oregon for the BMW MOA National. We didn't exactly take the direct route. End result was 8500 miles over 27 days camping the entire way with less than 1000 miles of interstate. Best trip of my life....so far.
