This year we have again reserved the entire campground for Friday and Saturday nights.
There are also sites reserved for Thursday night.

Final date for signup was April 15.

Thursday night camping $14
Friday night camping $14 and meal $15 = $29
Saturday night camping $14 and meal $25 = $39
The total for camping and meals for Fri & Sat = $68.00
These costs are per person.
Camping for couples is $20.00 per night.

*edit* Tent spots are first come first served. Those with RV's should let us know what you are bringing so we can coordinate spots for ease of entrance and exit.


T Shirts are $10 short sleeve and $12 long sleeve. Some strings were pulled and the T shirts are being done at cost. I have not recieved conformation yet but the really big shirts may end up costing 15% more.


It would be helpfull if you were to pay for camping-meals-shirts all at once.
We will collect the money in one of two ways.

If you use Pay Pal, please remember that they take a few dollars (3%) for processing. We would appreciate it if you could please add a couple of dollars to cover that cost.

Please identify your payment with your AdvRider handle along with your meat space name and indicate which nights you will be there. This will also help Honey with the making of the name tags. If both names are not included it is a good chance that we will make one up for you.


Meals will be served at 6 pm(ish)

Menu for Friday night:
Chips and cut vegetables
Pasta with sausage (both pork & turkey)
Garlic bread
Salad
Dessert
Fruit punch, coffee and water

Menu for Saturday night:
Chips and cut vegetables
Tri-tip / Chicken
Salad
Beans
Bread
Dessert
Lemonade, water and coffee

We will have use of the dinning area until 10pm both Fri & Sat nights.
And I must not forget kegged BEER (flavor to be determined by the brewmiester) will also provided each night for additional <strike>entertainment</strike> refreshment.

As for your breakfast or lunch needs there are local restaurants within a few miles.


I don't need to rattle on about all the great riding in the area, there are plenty of others that will take care of that.
One of our map masters has offered to make up some maps of some of the rides in the area for some of you who are new to the area.
I did check with the Keeper of the Weather and was informed that the weather will be great this year. oser
